WEM and its affiliates own all INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSs in the WEM App and all content distributed by it alone or together with its affiliates or partners, including, without limitation, software provided and related products or services, and such INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSs are protected by law.
The absence of a statement of ownership in the WEM App and certain content does not constitute a failure of WEM or any of its affiliates or partners to be entitled to such INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSs or assert any INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSs, and you must respect the legitimate rights and interests of the rights holder and lawfully use the WEM App and such content in accordance with all laws, regulations and rules, and the principles of good faith.
In case of any infringement of WEM’s Intellectual Property, all cases shall be dealt as per IPR Law and/or as per Court of Law.
